Hi, I’m Alex Rowan.

I run Quick Ribbon from Portland, Oregon. I spent nine years making sites and small web products for shops, nonprofit teams, and young software firms. In 2021, I left agency work to build on my own.

I test tools with small jobs that have a clear end: a signup page, a member app, a feedback board, or a paid file. I care about the first hour, but I care more about the week after. Can I fix the result? Can I keep the work? Can I explain the bill?

Quick Ribbon is for people who have an idea and a short runway. You should leave each guide with a clear next step.

How reviews work

I set one plain task, note the setup, make a working draft, and test the parts that tend to break. I also check current product pages and public user reports. Prices and features can change, so each guide shows its update date.
